Job Description
As an Information Security Specialist, you will lead efforts to establish, implement, and maintain security policies that safeguard company assets. You’ll be responsible for developing governance frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with global standards such as GDPR and ISO 27001.
Your work will include designing identity and access management protocols, managing audits, and supporting penetration testing initiatives. You’ll collaborate with IT, legal, and compliance teams to mitigate risks and strengthen data protection measures across all departments.
This role requires a forward-thinking mindset and a strong understanding of both technical and regulatory aspects of security. By implementing robust security measures and monitoring adherence, you’ll ensure that our organization remains resilient against modern cyber threats while staying compliant with regulatory requirements.
What you’ll bring
As an Information Security Specialist, you’ll take a proactive role in protecting sensitive data, ensuring compliance with global standards, and building secure systems across the organization. You should be comfortable developing policies, leading audits, and working with technical and non-technical teams to strengthen overall security posture.
- 4–6 years of experience in information security and compliance.
- Expertise in IAM, penetration testing, and risk management.
- Knowledge of GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 2 compliance.
- Experience with cloud security frameworks.
- Ability to design and enforce company-wide security policies.
